We regret that we can no longer deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or UK Islands.
P&P charges are £ 5.85 per order (P&P is free for orders over £ 75.00) and delivery will normally be made within 1-2 working days of our receipt of your order.
Orders received by 3 pm Monday-Friday (except bank holidays) : we aim to deliver at least 95% of these orders by the end of the next working day.
Orders received after 3 pm on Fridays and during the weekend will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
PLEASE NOTE : It is our company policy that, whenever possible, you should let us have special instructions in the event that you are not at home when the delivery is made. These may be (a) leave with a neighbour, (b) leave in front/side garden, (c) leave at side/rear of house. Where appropriate, we recommend that you specify that the product may be left with a neighbour. In the event that the parcel can not be left, you will be contacted and delivery will be rescheduled.

Terms of Sale
Terms and conditions of sale are governed by Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the Electronic Commerce
(EC Directive) Regulations 2002, except as otherwise specified
Cancellations and Refunds
Provided that the container has not been opened and is in its
original condition, you are entitled to cancel your order at any
time within 7 working days from delivery. In this case you must
immediately advise us of your intention to cancel, and return the
product to us in its original packaging and with the original Delivery
Note. Please notify us of your intention to cancel by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org , mentioning the order reference number,
and return the product to our address detailed in the “Contact
Us” page. We will arrange to refund you within 30 days of
our receipt of the goods in their original condition.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for delivery delays
that are out of our direct control, and we therefore have to reserve
the right to extend the period allowed for delivery by up to 7
working days. In such exceptional circumstances we will endeavour
to re-deliver at a time suitable to you.

but we are not responsible for the activities, policies, privacy,
security or any other dealings with those companies or their websites.
